If you have submitted a 'health problem' form, we will respond to you on the same day with an outcome (Mon-Fri only). Please note the outcome may be advice from the clinical team, self-help advice, referral to the pharmacist, or if clinically necessary a telephone or Face-Face appointment may be offered same day or within 7 days based on the clinical need and urgency. If you have submitted an 'admin or routine care request' form, we will respond to you within 3 working days.
