What would you like help with?

• Submit early in the day: Please send queries as early as possible so we can safely manage your problem. We are receiving many requests after 2pm for issues needing same-day care. While we do have appointments available, late submissions may need to be reviewed by the duty doctor. Submitting earlier helps us provide the most appropriate and timely care. • When your query will be read: A GP will review your query on the same day it is submitted. - If urgent, it will be dealt with the same day. - If routine, it will be managed within 72 working hours. - Our opening hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–18:30 (forms can also be submitted between 06:30–08:30 for your convenience). - Please avoid duplicates: Do not resubmit the same query within 72 hours, as this blocks access for other patients. Please also avoid chasing reception unless your problem has clearly become more urgent since submission. • If your problem has escalated to urgent: Call reception immediately. Urgent problems cannot be managed via the online form. • Before submitting: Check our Self-Referral options (e.g. mental health, weight management, physiotherapy, antenatal care, sexual health, family planning). • Pharmacy First service: For certain conditions, we may refer you to the Pharmacy First prescribing service after triage. • If you need urgent help: - Call your GP practice directly. - If the practice is closed, use NHS 111 online or call 111. - In an emergency, call 999.

If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999
