Your request will be acknowledged within one working day of submission. Please provide as much relevant information as possible, otherwise you may be asked to resubmit. Your request will be triaged by a clinician into one of three groups - Red: appointment required with 24 hours, Amber: appointment required within 1 week, Green: routine appointment up to 2 weeks in advance. If you are triaged into the Red group, we will call you on the same day that you have submitted your request. For Amber requests, we aim to respond to you by the next working day. It can take us up to 2 working days to reply to Green requests. It is not necessary to submit another request or call us if you have not heard from us, we will get back to you as soon as we can, unless your symptoms are worsening and you need more urgent help.
