We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm, however we recognise that our patients benefit from submitting triage requests outside of these hours which is why our form remains open overnight and at the weekends. Please note if you submit a request when the practice is closed, this will be acknowledged on the next working day - i.e. Saturday and Sunday requests are reviewed on a Monday. Please provide as much relevant information as possible, otherwise you may be asked to resubmit. Your request will be triaged by a clinician into one of three groups - Red: appointment required with 24 hours, Amber: appointment required within 1 week, Green: routine appointment up to 2 weeks in advance. If you are triaged into the Red group, we will call you on the same day that you have submitted your request. For Amber and Green groups, we aim to respond to these requests by the next working day. It is not necessary to submit another request or call us if you have not heard from us, we will get back to you as soon as we can, unless your symptoms are worsening and you need more urgent help.
