We have a medical triage team assessing these forms. We aim for you to receive a response within the current working day. PLEASE NOTE that you may be asked to attend the surgery at very short notice if your issue is deemed urgent or offered an appointment at the over-flow service at St Albans Hospital for minor/ acute ailments. If you are unable to attend, we may have to close the issue of care.
