Please submit all your appointment requests online, with exception of URGENT ON THE DAY requests. If you feel your query is urgent and must be dealt with on the day, continue to phone Reception. All other queries will however be redirected back to the online consultation form. If your concern could be life threatening, please call 999. PLEASE ONLY SUBMIT ONE PROBLEM PER FORM. If you submit more than one problem per form our admin team will respond to say the form has been rejected. Please use this service responsibly. Sending multiple requests for minor issues can overwhelm the system and slow down care for others. You will receive a response to your request within 2 working days, this is usually direct from your registered GP.
