Following this triage, the surgery may contact you by text message (including through the NHS App), by telephone, or invite you for a face-to-face appointment. Please keep your phone nearby after submitting your online request. Due to high demand, we may not be able to offer another appointment on the same day if you are unable to attend the scheduled time or if the contact attempt is missed. Please also ensure that you are using the correct form for either medical or administrative queries. We aim to respond to administrative requests within two working days.
