Your request will be acknowledged within one working day of submission. To ensure your request is dealt with promptly, please ensure that you give as much information as possible. Your request will either be triaged into a local service or to a GP appointment. Local services include Pharmacy First, First Contact Practitioners, Practice Nurses and Clinical Pharmacists. If your query is triaged by the clinician as urgent, you will be contacted the same day and if routine you will be contacted within 48 hours. Please refrain from contacting reception to chase your response unless you feel that things have escalated in urgency since your request was submitted. However, please do contact us if your request has not been dealt with as per the timescales above. Please note, if there is no further capacity then you may be directed to urgent care services or A&E.
