We aim to review all requests on the day they are received and respond within one working day. If your request is assessed as urgent, you may be asked to attend an appointment on the same day or on a subsequent day, depending on clinical need.

For urgent same-day concerns, please submit your request before 10am and ensure you are available to attend at short notice. For all other requests, please submit before 4pm to support safe and timely processing.

Please submit a separate online request for each medical issue so we can assess and manage your care appropriately.
