Please only submit a medical query on a day when you are available, as clinical requests are reviewed and managed on the same day. If an appointment is needed, it is very likely you will be offered one that day. Home visit requests must be submitted before 10:30am. Administrative queries will be processed within 2 working days. Please note that prescription turnaround times remain unchanged with repeat medication requests taking up to 2 working days and acute medication requests up to 5 working days.
