If you’re not able to attend, please do not submit a request. If your issue is non-urgent, there may be a wait of two weeks or longer for an appointment. Submit only one issue per request. If you include multiple problems in a single form, we’ll ask you to submit them separately — this may delay your care. Use this service responsibly. Sending multiple requests for minor issues can overwhelm the system and slow down care for others. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by our Clinical Hub, usually on the same working day.
