Please contact us again when you are back in the UK. • For all other enquiries we will respond to your queries the same day if possible but at busy times this may take longer. In the majority of cases we respond within less than 60 minutes so please keep your phone with you. • For medical queries information provided will be triaged by a doctor within 1 working day and actioned appropriately. • Triage enables our team to offer the most appropriate care to a patient based on the nature of your request, which may not necessarily be a GP, and with the right level of urgency. • You may be asked for more information or offered an appointment within a very short turnaround time so again please keep your phone with you. • Please do consider other options like the local pharmacy consultation service for assessment and advice. • The NHS website also contains useful advice on how to self care before contacting us for any non-urgent matters.
