What would you like help with?

Medical Triage Requests: Medical Triage requests are reviewed on the working day following submission. Once your request has been assessed, the Practice will contact you with the outcome. Where an appointment is required, you will be booked with the most appropriate clinician or service at a time determined by the Practice. By submitting a Medical Triage request, you consent to this assessment and booking process. Availability Following Submission: Please ensure that you are available to attend the Practice on the day your request is submitted if an urgent clinical assessment is required. Urgent and Same-Day Medical Issues: Urgent or acute medical concerns must be managed on the day they are reported and will normally require a same-day appointment. If you are unable to attend the appointment offered, you may be advised to contact NHS 111 or attend a local Walk-In Centre. In these circumstances, your triage request may be closed. Where all same-day urgent appointments have been allocated, patients will be directed to NHS 111 or an appropriate Walk-In Centre for further assessment, and the request will be closed. Administrative Requests: Administrative Triage requests are reviewed within three working days of receipt. Responses may take longer during periods of high demand. Patients Abroad: Please note that the Practice is unable to provide medical advice, assessment, or treatment recommendations to patients who are outside the UK. If you require medical assistance while abroad, please seek advice from a local healthcare provider.
