Please use this form to contact Flitwick Surgery for medical enquiries (including doctor and minor illness nurse appointment requests) and administrative enquiries . Messages will be reviewed by a GP during practice working hours which are 8.00 am to 6.30 pm. They will not be read outside these hours, at weekends or on bank holidays. This service should not be used for emergency requests. Requests received after 5pm may not be processed until the following day due to capacity.
