We do our best to handle all requests on the same day, and if that’s not possible we’ll keep you updated. When you send us an online request — the Triage GP may arrange a phone call or a face‑to‑face appointment for you on that day, please make sure you are available. This helps us make sure you get the care you need as quickly as possible.
