Mental Health Crisis Call NHS 111, option 2 for urgent mental health support. 3. Physiotherapy / Musculoskeletal Issues Self-refer online at: ahpsuffolk.co.uk/self-refer or call 03330 433966. 4. Out-of-Hours GP Appointment Call the surgery, and we can arrange an out-of-hours GP appointment (this will be at a different location).
