Visit Your Local Pharmacy Community pharmacists can assess, treat, and prescribe for the following conditions: Ear infections: ages 1–17 years Impetigo: 1 year and over Infected insect bites: 1 year and over Shingles: 18 years and over Sinusitis: 12 years and over Sore throat: 5 years and over Uncomplicated urinary tract infections: women 16–64 years 2. Mental Health Crisis Call NHS 111, option 2 for urgent mental health support. 3. Physiotherapy / Musculoskeletal Issues Self-refer online at: ahpsuffolk.co.uk/self-refer or call 03330 433966. 4. Out-of-Hours GP Appointment Call the surgery, and we can arrange an out-of-hours GP appointment (this will be at a different location).
