Please only use Accurx for health problems that are not urgent. When you send an Accurx form, you are telling us that your problem can safely wait. We may not review your form on the same day. If we are fully booked, we will add your request to the next available list and send you a text with the date it will be reviewed. If you need urgent help, please call the surgery or NHS 111. Call 999 in a life-threatening emergency. Before sending a form, your local pharmacy may be able to help you sooner. Pharmacists can treat many common minor illnesses and may be able to prescribe medicine, including antibiotics when needed.
