For life threatening MEDICAL EMERGENCIES such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, or signs of a stroke, please CALL 999 IMMEDIATELY. For NON-URGENT medical requests, including routine appointments, medication reviews, fit note requests, test results and new patient registrations please use the Contact Us form. We aim to respond to non-urgent medical requests within 2 working days and administrative requests within 5 working days. Requests received after 3:00pm will be processed the next working day. For URGENT medical requests, such as same day appointments and urgent blood test appointments, please contact the surgery by TELEPHONE or VISIT in person.
