All online requests will be reviewed by a member of our team within core hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:30pm). Requests received during core hours will be reviewed the same day. Requests received after 6:30pm will be reviewed the next working day during core hours. Our consultation hours are 8:00am–12:00pm and 2:00pm–6:00pm, Monday to Friday. This service is for non-urgent requests only. If you feel your request is urgent, please call NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.
