The earlier in the day your eConsult is submitted, the easier it is for our clinicians to review and respond promptly, as we have more staff available. All eConsults will be assessed and actioned within our core opening hours and you will receive a response with the next steps within one working day. We are only able to review and respond to eConsults submitted from within the UK. If you are currently outside the UK, please seek medical advice from local healthcare services where you are.
