Welcome to Woodlands Surgery. Our online system is open from 8am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday for both medical and administrative routine requests only. URGENT medical requests should be submitted via the 'I have a health problem' option. Please submit this before 1pm in case we need to offer a same day appointment. All requests will be managed based on clinical need. We are not open on weekends or Bank Holidays. . Please allow 2 working days for any repeat prescription requests to be processed. Thank you
