Welcome to Woodlands Surgery. URGENT medical requests should be submitted via this form between 8am and 11am, Mon to Fri. All other medical requests will be treated as ROUTINE and triaged by a member of the clinical team and actioned appropriately. The practice will be in touch within 3 working days. All requests will be managed based on clinical need. Please allow 2 working days for any repeat prescription requests to be processed. PLEASE NOTE THE LIFT IS CURRENTLY OUT OF ORDER, PATIENTS NEEDING STEP FREE ACCESS WILL BE SEEN IN THE BASEMENT Thank you
