FOR SUBMISIONS via the 'I HAVE A HEALTH PROBLEM' option: A clinician will review the triage form that you submit to assess clinical urgency. If clinically urgent you will be contacted and offered an appointment the same day. If not clinically urgent, we will respond within 2 working days and you will be offered our next available routine appointment or may be signposted to a more suitable service such as a physiotherapist or pharmacy. FOR SUBMISSIONS via the ‘I HAVE AN ADMIN OR ROUTINE CARE REQUEST’ option: We will respond to your admin or routine request within 2 working days. DO NOT use this option for requesting an appointment for a new or worsening medical problem.
