The online form is available from 8am until 1pm Monday to Friday to ensure the Surgery Staff can monitor. Once we have hit capacity the 'I have a health problem' form will close, this may be before 1pm. Please do not use the Admin form for medical appointment requests. The online form for ‘I have an admin or routine care request’ remains open between the hours of 8am – 6:30 pm and will be reviewed on the day of receipt of the form. This form is for reviews and admin queries only, not for requesting routine medical appointments. For urgent enquires please telephone Firs House Surgery on 01223 234286 at 8am on the morning of the day you wish to be seen, you will be added to the doctors triage list and a member of the team will call you back with the outcome and, if appropriate, book you an appointment for that day. Appointments are allocated based on clinical need and the advice may be for you to utilise another service, if that is deemed most appropriate for your medical issue by the doctor. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide medical advice for patients who are not in the UK.
