If clinically urgent, you will be contacted and offered an appointment the same day. If not clinically urgent, you will be offered our next available suitable appointment or may be signposted to a more suitable service, such as a physiotherapist or pharmacy. FOR SUBMISSIONS via the ‘I HAVE AN ADMIN OR ROUTINE CARE REQUEST’ option: We will review your admin or routine request within 5 working days, although the majority are acknowledged same day. DO NOT use this option for requesting an appointment for a new or worsening medical problem.
