This service is now closed. On Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, you can send urgent medical messages from 8am-11:30am and from 1:30pm-5pm (except when paused due to overwhelming demand). You can send routine and administrative messages from 8am to 6pm. Telephone lines are open from 8am-6pm for urgent messages and for those without access to internet services. We ask that non-urgent telephone requests be made after 9am.
