Health Problem Requests - Our aim is to have health problem requests open during core hours, however this will depend on clinical capacity and daily demand. When we reach safe capacity this option will be suspended until 8.00am the following working day. If you require a home visit please ensure this is submitted before 10.30am. Home visit requests received after 10.30am will be triaged and maybe allocated to the next working day. If you submit a health problem request, this will be read/triaged by a clinician that day. You may get a telephone call or text message at any point throughout the day. Please ensure you are contactable on the day your request is submitted. If you need more urgent help, call your GP. If your GP practice is closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999. Admin or Routine Care Requests - Our on-line consultation tool for admin or routine care requests is open Monday to Friday from 8.00am – 6.30pm. If you submit an admin or routine care request, this will be read/triaged within 72 working hours. Please do not resubmit duplicate online requests within this time frame (72 hrs) as it blocks the channel for other patients. Please also refrain from chasing your response with reception, unless you feel things have escalated in urgency since you made your online request. Following this being read/triaged, you may receive notification of the outcome of your request via telephone or text message. Please ensure you have your mobile phone available.
