Because of the time of day, your practice will not be able to process your urgent medical request via AccuRx at this time. AccuRx is open for urgent online medical appointment requests between 8:00am and 12:00 Monday to Friday. Ordering sick notes/test results/booking routine care appointments/cancellations will be available Monday - Friday 8:00am-6:30pm. We aim to respond to urgent requests on the same day and routine requests within two working days.
