If you feel that your problem is urgent, please submit your health problem request between 7.00 am to 10.00 am. Requests after this time may not be reviewed until the following day, (excluding Friday's when they may be reviewed the following Monday). This request form is for both Same Day and Routine appointments, as well as medical queries. Our Accurx triage is open Monday to Friday, from 7.00 am to 6.30 pm, (excluding bank holidays). To avoid confusion we can only deal with one request, about one problem per day. Please submit home visit requests before 10.00 am, otherwise the request may not be reviewed until the following morning.
