This request should not be used for emergency medical treatment. We offer one appointment per problem. Total Triage Opening Hours 07.30am – 6.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). 07.30am – 12.00pm you can submit urgent and routine medical requests. Please submit home visit requests before 11.00am, otherwise they may not be reviewed until the following morning. 12.00pm – 6.30pm only routine medical requests can be submitted. These will be reviewed within 1 working day (excluding Friday’s, these will be reviewed on Monday morning) Admin requests can be submitted from 07.30am to 6.30pm After 6.30pm the service is closed. Please contact NHS 111 or visit local urgent care services for help.
