This will be read by the duty doctor today, not including weekends and Bank Holidays. If our triage doctor believes your request is clinically urgent for today we will contact you today. If after triaging your request the doctor believe it’s not we will contact you within the next 5 working days.
If you are submitting a prescription request we will only contact you if there’s a problem, otherwise your prescription will be sent to you nominated pharmacy.
If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999
