The health issue option is for URGENT on the day requests only and will be closed when we reach capacity. Urgent requests will be assessed by a doctor and you will be contacted by text or phone with an appointment OR directed to the most appropriate service. If you want a routine pre-bookable appointment either call reception after 1:30pm or complete an admin query and select 'something else' and add a brief description of your request. You will be contacted for further information. Routine requests will be responded to within 5 working days, you will be sent a text message or called with an appointment date and time. Routine appointments are usually within 4 to 6 weeks. ALL requests, including routine appointments, are triaged by a doctor. Receptionists CANNOT allocate you any appointment with a doctor so please do not ask them to.
