Please note we are closed this afternoon (Tuesday 24th March) from 12:30pm for staff training. We will re-open tomorrow (Wednesday 25th March) as usual at 8:00am. We have reached daily capacity and are unable to review online requests for urgent problems. You can still contact us for routine appointments, non-urgent medical queries, medication queries and admin requests using the "Admin or Routine Care Request" form. For non-urgent medical queries, use the "Other Admin" option.

Online enquiries will be available again on Wednesday, 25 March at 08:00 AM. You can also contact the practice on 0115 942 4352 between 8:00am and 6:30pm. Alternatively you can call 111 outside these hours, or call 999 in an emergency.
