All requests submitted through this system will be reviewed by a GP.
• Requests will be triaged within one working day.
• Our online request system is open every weekday (Monday to Friday) from 8am until 6:30pm for routine care (such as long-term conditions, medication reviews, vaccinations and screening), and admin requests (such as prescription queries or referral questions).
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE CLOSED THIS AFTERNOON (TUESDAY 15TH SEPTEMBER 2026) FROM 12:30PM FOR STAFF TRAINING. WE WILL REOPEN TOMORROW MORNING (WEDNESDAY 16TH SEPTEMBER 2026) FROM 8AM AS USUAL.
