Urgent medical problems • Please complete the ‘I have a health problem’ form. • A GP will review it the same day. • We will contact you by phone or text with an appointment or advice. • You must be available to respond. • If you cannot complete the form, please call the surgery and a receptionist will help. Non-urgent requests (routine appointments, non-urgent medical, medications, admin queries) • Use the ‘Admin or Routine Care Request’ form. • For non-urgent medical queries use the ‘Other admin’ option. • Do not use this for urgent problems. • Your request will be reviewed during normal working hours by our clinical or admin team. • Response times vary depending on your enquiry and overall demand. Communication • Please keep your phone nearby and look out for calls or texts from the practice.
