For URGENT medical problems: • Fill out an online MEDICAL form • A GP will review your form on the same day. • You will be contacted by telephone or SMS with an appointment time or medical advice. • You MUST be available to respond to the GP's message. If you cannot fill out the form, please telephone the surgery, and a receptionist can submit it for you. For NON-URGENT requests (appointments, medication, administrative issues): • Use the Admin or Routine Care Request form. • IMPORTANT: This is NOT for urgent medical problems. • We do aim to review and take necessary action within ONE WORKING DAY. Communication: • You may get a call or text from the practice, so it is important that you keep your phone close to hand and stay alert to incoming messages and calls
