Our online triage request service is now closed. It is open from 00:01 on Monday mornings until 23:59 on Friday evenings (subject to capacity). We aim to review all medical requests within two working days. Please be aware that if you submit a request after 4pm on a Friday, it may not be reviewed until the following Monday at the earliest. In the interests of patient safety, we cannot accept triage requests on weekends or Bank Holidays.
