The Practice has reached safe clinical capacity for new URGENT medical requests through our Online Consultation Tool (OTC). The OTC remains available from 8am to 6.30 pm fir ROUTINE medical requests, administrative enquiries, repeat prescription requests, and test results enquiries. Please scroll down to view and select the appropriate option and complete the relevant form. URGENT Online enquiries will be available again tomorrow morning at 8am.
