Where possible please submit requests between 7am and 11am to ensure you will be added to the GP Triage list on the same day. Those received after 11am will be read and triaged and a response will be provided the same day. Depending on urgency we may contact you the following day with a full response. Online requests will be read on the same day if received before 6.30pm. Our online consultation form is for non-urgent queries only, please follow the guidance when submitted a request via Accurx. For emergences (such as chest pain or difficulty breathing) please call 999.
