Our team will assess your needs and advise on the most suitable service for your care. Alternative services may include NHS 111, Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs), or Walk-in Centres. If your condition is life-threatening — such as chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding, or collapse — please call 999 immediately or attend A&E. We understand this may be frustrating and appreciate your understanding while we prioritise patient safety and ensure our clinicians have the time to care safely for those with the most urgent needs.
