Your GP Practice – Important Information About Your Appointment Helping Us Help You – AccuRx Online Triage

When using the triage form, please give as much detail as possible about your symptoms or concern right at the start of your message:
✅ This helps the GP team understand your needs quickly.
✅ It ensures you are offered the most appropriate appointment – whether that’s with a GP, nurse, or another service.
❌ If there isn’t enough information, you may be sent a message back asking you to resubmit the form OR you may be booked into a routine GP appointment, even if something else would be quicker or more suitable.

Top Tip:

• Start your message with the main issue and describe it clearly. This saves time for everyone and helps you get the right care, sooner.

The requests are regularly reviewed by the GPs and we will be in contact within a maximum of 48 hours during our core hours (although we are currently dealing with requests much sooner that this). Our core hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:30, excluding Bank Holidays.
