We aim to process all requests within 24 hours during working days. Please be aware that requests submitted after 5:00 PM on Fridays will not be reviewed until the following Monday. Please advise of us of any times you cannot attend the surgery for your appointment. Please be aware if your problem is deemed to be medically urgent you need to be available to attend when requested.
