To request an appointment at one of our surgeries please submit an online request form. This will be reviewed by a clinician within 48 hours who will decide on the most appropriate action, this may include an appointment at the surgery, attending your local pharmacy or one of our other services - first contact physio, mental health nurse or social prescriber. If your Total Triage form is submitted after 5pm you may not receive a response from a clinician until the following working day.
If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999
