Your request will be reviewed by an appropriate member of the Practice team the same working day (if submitted before 5pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays). If you have an urgent request that cannot wait until the next working day, please call the surgery. We will contact you to inform you of the outcome, so please have your phone nearby and switched on. Calls may come from a withheld number so please ensure you can receive these calls.
