We aim to review all requests the same day, but depending on the time of submission, your request may be read the next working day (Mon–Fri).
Mondays are our busiest day. If your request is routine, please try to submit it later in the week so we can prioritise urgent cases as safely as possible.
For medication requests - Please use the NHS app or call the prescription team on 017687 80125
If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999
