This system is for NON-URGENT appointment requests, medication and admin requests. We aim to review all requests received and get back to you within 1 working day on how your request will be handled.
IMPORTANT SAFETY NETTING INFORMATION: If you feel you need URGENT help, or your symptoms have worsened since submitting your original request, please call the practice directly.
HOME VISITS must be made by PHONING the practice before 2pm.
