Welcome to the Brampton Medical Practice Online request system. This system allows you to submit a request for: A NON-URGENT appointment (ALL requests for a GP appointment will be triaged first by a GP) Medication queries and Admin related requests **HOME VISIT** requests can ONLY be accepted by PHONING the practice. IMPORTANT SAFETY NET INFORMATION: If a request is received into our system close to or after 6.30pm on a Friday, this will not be viewed until the following Monday (or Tuesday if it is a bank holiday). Requests received into our system close to or after 6.30pm, will not be reviewed until the following working day (Mond-Friday) If you need more urgent help, or your symptoms have worsened since submitting your initial request, please phone the practice or 111 if the practice is closed. In a life threatening emergency situation please call 999
