Due to the time of day, we are unable to review online CLINICAL requests as usual. However, you can still submit administrative requests e.g. fit note extensions, test results, prescriptions and general enquiries. If you have an urgent medical concern please contact us or call 111 for advice outside of surgery hours. In an emergency always call 999.

If you need more urgent help, call your GP practice. If it's closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999
