Online triage is open daily from 08:00 until capacity has been reached. We encourage patients to submit their requests early within this window to improve the chances of securing an appointment. You may be contacted by the triage team to attend an appointment with our clinical staff or via SMS/Phone call depending on what is appropriate.

Administrative requests will be responded to within two working days. We do not book routine clinical reviews via the Accurx Administration form, please kindly submit your medical requests through the Medical Form when available. For repeat prescriptions, Fit notes and Nursing appointments, please submit your request via the Routine Care Form. Please note: to be issued a fit note, you must have been seen by a member of our clinical team about the condition you are requesting the note for within the last 8 weeks.
