In an emergency, dial 999. Accurx triage is available on weekdays from 8:30–11:00 and 14:00–15:00, excluding bank holidays. For same-day appointments or medical advice, select “I have a health problem.” Please note that you are expected to be available to attend an appointment on the same day you submit your request. Do not use the admin form for urgent medical concerns outside these hours, as requests may take up to two working days to be reviewed. For routine GP appointments, please select “I have an admin or routine care request.”
