What would you like help with?
Using AccuRx
-AccuRx is available from 07:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. To help us prioritise requests and provide timely care, we encourage patients to submit requests before 10:00am wherever possible.
-All requests will be reviewed by a clinician and the appropriate action taken.
-If you are unable to use AccuRx, please call or visit the Surgery during our opening hours and our reception team will be happy to help.
-Mondays are our busiest day. Where possible, please submit non-urgent requests later in the week.
If You Are Away From Home
-Please DO NOT submit requests through AccuRx if you are away on holiday or temporarily staying outside the local area.
-If you need medical advice or treatment while away, please contact a local walk-in centre, urgent treatment centre, NHS 111, or attend the nearest Emergency Department if your condition is serious.
If You Need Urgent Medical Attention Today
-Please call the Surgery on 01942 367420 as early as possible. Our reception team will pass your request to the duty clinician for urgent triage.
-Late requests may not always be accommodated, and if we have reached capacity you may be directed to another appropriate NHS service.
-If your condition worsens while waiting for a routine request to be reviewed, please contact the Surgery. When we are closed, please call NHS 111.
