Using AccuRx
-AccuRx is available from 07:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. To help us prioritise requests and provide timely care, we encourage patients to submit requests before 10:00am wherever possible.
-All requests will be reviewed then appropriate action taken. PLEASE NOTE THIS SERVICE IS NOT FOR BOOKING APPOINTMENTS.
-If you are unable to use AccuRx, please call or visit the Surgery during our opening hours and our reception team will be happy to help.
-Mondays are our busiest day. Where possible, please submit non-urgent requests later in the week.

If You Need Urgent Medical Attention Today
-Please call the Surgery on 01942 367999 as early as possible.
-Late requests may not always be accommodated, and if we have reached capacity you may be directed to another appropriate NHS service.
-When we are closed, please call NHS 111.

In an Emergency
Call 999 immediately if you have:

• Chest pain or severe difficulty breathing.

• Signs of a stroke (facial droop, arm weakness or slurred speech).

• Severe bleeding or a serious injury.

• A severe allergic reaction.

• Symptoms of sepsis or another life-threatening illness.

• A mental health crisis or immediate risk of harm.
