Welcome to Accurx - the patient triaging system for Beech Hill Medical Practice.
You can contact us via this system for requests between Monday to Friday, 7:30am–6:30pm (excluding bank holidays).
For URGENT requests, please submit your request between 7:30am and 10:00am.
For ROUTINE requests, please submit your request between 7:30am and 6:30pm.
A clinician will review your request and we will respond within one working day. Requests sent after 1pm may be replied to the next working day. Please share as much detail as you can as this will aid us in responding to your request more promptly.
If your problem becomes urgent after 10:00am and you cannot wait, you have a number of options. You can call the surgery on 01942 368398, call GP Alliance on 01942 482848, call NHS 111 for urgent advice or call 999 (for emergencies only).
