Urgent and routine requests can be submitted using this form between 7.30 AM and 6.30 PM, Monday to Friday and will be processed by a Senior GP by the end of the next working day, or sooner, if assessed as urgent. As appointment capacity decreases throughout the day, submitting your form earlier increases the likelihood of being offered a suitable appointment. If all our same-day urgent appointments have already been allocated and you are submitting your form later in the day and it is assessed as urgent, you may be directed to another appropriate service.
