Non-urgent appointment and administrative requests Requests submitted during normal working hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:30pm) will be reviewed within one working day. Requests submitted at weekends or on Bank Holidays will be reviewed on the next working day. Please note this does not mean you will be seen the same day or that administrative requests will be completed on the day. You will be informed of the next steps, which may include advice by phone or text, or direction to another appropriate service.
